Rantang is a traditional tiered serving style, deeply rooted in Indonesian culture and the practice of sharing meals during iftar. At Ikan Restaurant & Bar, Rantang Ramadan brings this meaningful tradition to the table along the beachfront of The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali. Each tier presents comforting Indonesian dishes, thoughtfully crafted by the Head Chef, Mohamad Raviel and Ikan culinary team.

Elevating the experience further, each Rantang is wrapped in a custom batik fabric created by Cap Bali, a Bali-based artisanal brand inspired by Balinese philosophy and expressed through its signature patterns and motifs—from Balinese wayang and geringsing to endek. Featuring The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali's exclusive Mandala motif, the design reflects balance, harmony, and togetherness, crafted in an elegant palette inspired by Westin's brand colors.

The Rantang Ramadan experience will be available during Ramadan, from 5.30PM to 10PM for Iftar dinner at Ikan at IDR 786,500 net or 7,927 Marriott Bonvoy points per set, for two persons.
