Mother's Day 2026 – Afternoon Tea at Capella
This Mother's Day, Capella Sydney invites guests to celebrate Mum with an indulgent Afternoon Tea, available at both Aperture and, for the first time, Brasserie 1930, which will host a full Afternoon Tea takeover. Executive Chef Gabriele Taddeucci and Executive Pastry Chef Travin De Hoedt present a refined selection of handmade sweet and savoury creations, designed to delight the senses and make the occasion truly unforgettable.
Each Afternoon Tea includes a $50 Auriga Spa voucher, allowing Mum to extend her moment of relaxation and indulgence beyond the table. Guests can enjoy Capella's signature lobster rolls, delicate tartlets, artfully crafted pastries, and traditional scones with seasonal jam and clotted cream. A curated children's Afternoon Tea is also available, ensuring the whole family can celebrate in style.
