Langham Hospitality Group continues to set the benchmark for Cantonese dining
Langham Hospitality Group (LHG) celebrates continued culinary distinction following the release of the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong & Macau 2026, reaffirming its global leadership in Cantonese fine dining. The Group's flagship Cantonese restaurant, T'ang Court at The Langham, Hong Kong, has maintained its three MICHELIN stars for an 11th consecutive year, extending the longest three-star winning streak for a Cantonese restaurant currently on Hong Kong's three-star list. Complementing this legacy, Yat Tung Heen at Eaton HK has successfully upheld its one MICHELIN star, marking its own 10th consecutive year of MICHELIN recognition.

Under the stewardship of Chef Wong Chi Fai, T'ang Court continues to define the pinnacle of luxury Cantonese cuisine, offering a menu of seasonal delicacies and timeless classics prepared with the finest ingredients. Beyond Hong Kong, the restaurant's heritage continues to expand through six other T'ang Court locations in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hefei, Haikou, Jakarta, and the Gold Coast.
At Yat Tung Heen, Chef Tam Tung leads a culinary team dedicated to serving refined, family-style dining in a space inspired by the taverns of 1920s Shanghai. Balancing nostalgic charm with contemporary flair, the restaurant celebrates the true depth of Cantonese flavours through sharing plates. To mark its decade of MICHELIN excellence, Yat Tung Heen will present a specially curated degustation menu featuring signature dishes such as braised abalone with fried sea cucumber and double-boiled snow lotus soup.
